FFZ Glashütte has been specialized on two major issues.

• We are proud to offer you the widest variety of well proven microtools for Tweezer Tests on semiconductor connections. Ranging from tests at very low forces F<1cN (F<1g Force) up to extremely high forces F>500N (F>50kg Force) we can offer tweezer tools for wire pull, ball pull, ribbon pull, stud pull, peel tests and others more. You are coming up with a new problem? We are interested in developing new solutions due to your needs.
• Handling of micro sized parts is what we can. You have to pick and place mechanical microparts, to assemble optical fibres, to hold a pipette for microinvasive surgery, to position radioactive microsources? Please have a look at our products, you may find your problem already be solved.
