Using our microgrippers combined with customised spikes, cold ball pull (CBP) of balls down to 150 microns and even less can be reaslised. Recommended tools: BPT/2 for balls > 200 microns, WPT/6 for balls < 200 microns.

Since new technologies require new test methods, our ribbon pull tools provide unique possibilities. Usable for single end and double end attached ribbons they can pull enormous loads. Depending on the application we recommend KHG/3 or BPT/2.
